The Museum is at walking distance from the conference site (300 meters).

18:30 – Guided Visit to the Science Museum
The Science Museum of the University of Coimbra is hosted at Laboratorio Chimico, a unique building that is a milestone in the history of Chemistry and at the ancient Jesus College, located just across the Chimico. It is an interactive science museum that aims to provide visitors of all ages an entertaining environment in which to discover science. The Museum presents the University’s collections of scientific objects and instruments as well as a series of exciting exhibits and hands-on experiments. The tour includes a visit to the 18th century Cabinet of Physics and to the Zoology collection.

Buses to the conference dinner depart from the Department of Mathematics (the conference venue) at 19.30.
